Allison is a senior at Avenues: The World School and the founder of The Aceso Project. In the winter of her sophomore year, Allison began participating in NYAS Junior Academy research challenges, where she met hundreds of passionate teenagers across a wide range of STEM fields. As her participation in these challenges and community involvement as a hospital volunteer, pre-med club president, and science journal author developed her interest in public health, she noticed
